Focus Group Member Participation

Participants participating in Focus Groups must complete all questions before seeing other responses. This prevents groupthink as part of their initial response to all questions.

After completing all questions, respondents see threaded responses to all Discussion questions and can interact with each other to deepen the conversation:

• Participants can click the "agree" button to express their agreement with other respondents’ comments.
• Images and video may be uploaded as part of the user response in addition to text only
• Participant can be notified via email if the moderator has posted a comment for review and further feedback. These emails can be sent to just the respondent or to all focus group members. A link to the moderator quote is included in the automated email message.
